SBC uses your spam-blocking system. Since becoming an SBC subscriber I have lost my job because your blocker blocks emails from my former place of employment. It also blocks emails from prospective employers, from my friends, and from my family. I have my own mail server, and use SBC to gain access to the Internet - I don't use their email box at all. Yet mail from my server is blocked as it relays through their network. I now must use PC Anywhere to get my mailbox file off the server, and read all my messages in Notepad. About the only thing it doesn't block is spam - I get tons of that. Is there ANY WAY to keep your "service" from interfering with my mail? SBC will do nothing, but as they are the only DSL provider in my area, I hate to drop them. But if this horrid invasion of my privacy and my life, caused by your blocking system, doesn't stop, I will have no choice. Eric C. Nicolas
